Sammy a technician that has been with Design Flow since 2018 came out and spent several hours not only fixing, but doing a full maintenance on our furnace. He explained everything he was doing and we even save money by getting the maintenance package. This is the second time using them. The first was for my mom's condo prior to selling. “I'm impressed. Our Geo unit died in the middle of the night. We spoke with a live person who answered the call on the first ring at 3am. At 7:30am Brian (the owner) called us and spent two hours on the phone troubleshooting with me. Due to a major snowstorm and shipping delays it took a few days for the new blower to arrive, but thanks to Brian the house was warm enough. Cody came out and installed the new blower a few days later. Cody was very helpful, showed me a few things to look out for, and left me feeling confident that we were in good hands. A technician got back in touch with me within minutes and had me turn my breakers off and back on to see if it would get corrected. Unfortunately, it did not so I scheduled an appointment. They told me arrival between noon and 2 pm, SAME DAY. Technician (Sammy) arrived at about 1:30 and had our heat up and running by 2:00 pm.

“We recently had our heat pump and gas furnace hvac systems replaced with a geothermal system that was installed by Design Flow. We couldn't be happier with the project from start to finish. It was a big project with a lot of moving pieces and parts, but it all came together seamlessly. Brian (owner) spent a tremendous amount of time upfront discussing our options when our heat pump went up. He answered all of our questions and helped us in evaluating the pros/cons of continuing to use traditional hvac systems vs switching to geothermal. He also helped guide us through a few other decision points as we additionally had a hot water heater, humidifier and air scrubber installed as well. Michelle (project manager) ensured that all of the logistics were handled and that we knew exactly what to expect as we moved through the process. She was very patient, thorough and communicative throughout the entire project. Hunter and Mike (installers) did an amazing job! They hustled the entire time that they were here, making sure we always knew where things were when they were leaving for the day and what we could expect next. Our new system looks and runs great and we couldn't be happier – we highly recommend Design Flow for all of your hvac needs! We also recommend them if you need your hot water heater replaced – they not only installed a drain pan that dumps into our sump pump in case of a leak, but also a wet switch to detect and alert us to a leak – brilliant!”
