“My experience with Brian at Design Flow was the best experience I have had when dealing with repairs since moving into my house 3 years ago. My old hvac system was the original one from 1985, so I knew I needed to replace it soon. I got several hvac professionals to give me a quote and they were all about the same. What made me choose Design Flow was the passion that Brian spoke with when talking to me about my hvac replacement. When he was evaluating my home for the hvac replacement, the way he spoke about his recommendations made it clear that he was not only an expert, but also that he cared deeply about quality and providing an amazing product for his customer. Not once did Brian try to up-sale me on any products. He even suggested against some things as they tended to require more maintenance than it was worth. When it came time to install my geothermal unit, Mike and Hunter where on the scene, and they also reflected the same passion and professionalism as Brian. They answered all my questions and their workmanship was exemplary. Michelle, who was the project coordinator, was very kind and professional as well! “DesignFlow recently installed a geothermal heat pump in our house and the process went very well.

Brian estimated our system and is easy to work with. He was confident in selecting the right equipment for us. In fact, I questioned him about installing a larger system (more tonnage), selecting a higher efficiency unit, and some other add-ons. He recommended against buying the upgrades, even though it would have profited him, because it wasn't right for our situation. It's nice to not be upsold, even when I would likely have been an easy up-sell.

Hunter and Mike installed the system. They performed a very clean and professional install; wires were run straight and neatly fastened. They were very pleasant to talk to, explained everything about the system, and I was comfortable with having them in our house.”
