“I'm impressed. Our Geo unit died in the middle of the night. We spoke with a live person who answered the call on the first ring at 3am. At 7:30am Brian (the owner) called us and spent two hours on the phone troubleshooting with me. Due to a major snowstorm and shipping delays it took a few days for the new blower to arrive, but thanks to Brian the house was warm enough. Cody came out and installed the new blower a few days later. Cody was very helpful, showed me a few things to look out for, and left me feeling confident that we were in good hands. I don't write reviews very often. These guys deserve the kudos.”

“I had called to report my system malfunctioning, and the temperature in my house was going down. A technician got back in touch with me within minutes and had me turn my breakers off and back on to see if it would get corrected. Unfortunately, it did not so I scheduled an appointment. It was right after a snowstorm and all the roads weren’t clear, but he (Cody) made it to the house and checked out my system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fast service and the efficiency of the staff. I would highly recommend your. company.”
“We had no heat on a day that was 2 degrees with wind chill!
Called Design Flow at 7 am, spoke with a live person, recieved a call back for technician availability within 10 minutes.
They told me arrival between noon and 2 pm, SAME DAY. Technician (Sammy) arrived at about 1:30 and had our heat up and running by 2:00 pm.
Sammy was friendly and very knowledgable!

“We recently had our heat pump and gas furnace hvac systems replaced with a geothermal system that was installed by Design Flow. We couldn't be happier with the project from start to finish. It was a big project with a lot of moving pieces and parts, but it all came together seamlessly. Brian (owner) spent a tremendous amount of time upfront discussing our options when our heat pump went up. He answered all of our questions and helped us in evaluating the pros/cons of continuing to use traditional hvac systems vs switching to geothermal. He also helped guide us through a few other decision points as we additionally had a hot water heater, humidifier and air scrubber installed as well. Michelle (project manager) ensured that all of the logistics were handled and that we knew exactly what to expect as we moved through the process. She was very patient, thorough and communicative throughout the entire project. Hunter and Mike (installers) did an amazing job! They hustled the entire time that they were here, making sure we always knew where things were when they were leaving for the day and what we could expect next. Our new system looks and runs great and we couldn't be happier – we highly recommend Design Flow for all of your hvac needs! We also recommend them if you need your hot water heater replaced – they not only installed a drain pan that dumps into our sump pump in case of a leak, but also a wet switch to detect and alert us to a leak – brilliant!”
“My experience with Brian at Design Flow was the best experience I have had when dealing with repairs since moving into my house 3 years ago. My old hvac system was the original one from 1985, so I knew I needed to replace it soon. I got several hvac professionals to give me a quote and they were all about the same. What made me choose Design Flow was the passion that Brian spoke with when talking to me about my hvac replacement. When he was evaluating my home for the hvac replacement, the way he spoke about his recommendations made it clear that he was not only an expert, but also that he cared deeply about quality and providing an amazing product for his customer. “DesignFlow recently installed a geothermal heat pump in our house and the process went very well.
Brian estimated our system and is easy to work with. He was confident in selecting the right equipment for us. In fact, I questioned him about installing a larger system (more tonnage), selecting a higher efficiency unit, and some other add-ons. He recommended against buying the upgrades, even though it would have profited him, because it wasn't right for our situation. It's nice to not be upsold, even when I would likely have been an easy up-sell.
Hunter and Mike installed the system. They performed a very clean and professional install; wires were run straight and neatly fastened. They were very pleasant to talk to, explained everything about the system, and I was comfortable with having them in our house.”

“The service tech that responded to our initial call was Sammy. He was certainly well trained and quite knowledgeable on our system. He was able to come right away and wasted no time in checking everything out. He explained what the issue was and had it fixed within no time. He was quite impressive and I found him to be very trustworthy in his opinion. He did check back the next day and all was working well. I’m quite satisfied with Design Flow after having used a few companies that I was unimpressed with.”

“We had a maintenance call with Cody , he came to evaluate our situation, he found the thermostat was fried and a fuse was bad due to a thunderstorm.
We had Hunter and Mike install a whole new system on the other side of our home. They all were great, knowledgeable, informative, respectful , on time.
We will also be doing a contract for yearly maintenance with them as the company we have not is awful, they bought out our old company.
I would recommend them and Design Flow for any of your HVAC needs.”

“I decided to go with Design Flow after only meeting with Brian one time. He came out very quickly to diagnose the problem. Rather than just look at a couple of things and then say everything was shot, he continued to troubleshoot for over an hour before coming to that conclusion. I got a couple different quotes from companies I had had work done before, but Design Flow was cheaper, by far. This isn’t always a good thing. Some people will say that you get what you pay for. I feel like I got so much more than what I paid for. At a minimum, you only have to look at the pictures to see the quality and care of the work they did. More than the quality, they were quick. The team was just here Friday, but they were in by 7 and out shortly after lunch. Very impressive. Now I have a brand new unit that is much more efficient than my previous unit so I shouldn’t need much HVAC work in the future, but if I do, I know that I’m not going to be shopping around. I only have one call to make.”

“We are so happy that we reached out to this team to help us with our second floor staying really warm. We totally thought our only option would be purchasing a separate/new zoned unit, which would have been really expensive. Brian came out and looked at everything and told us we could actually modify our existing unit by installing dampers and to make it work like a zoned unit. It worked perfectly! Our second floor temperature has dropped by more than 10 degrees and we can comfortably sleep! His team also fixed a previous installation error and did an amazing job cleaning our outside unit.
